Tired of all these reality TV shows? I know I am. OK, so maybe I watched the season finale of VH1’s "I Love New York" last night, but only because my roommate made me (sorry, Alana). And to be fair, our celebration of “Tailor Made’s” win was of my own volition…
Anyways, we’re thrilled to introduce someone using reality "tv" to raise money for an important cause! British ad agency, GLUE, has partnered with our own Londoners, Justgiving, to raise money for the Salvation Army while simultaneously shedding those Holiday pounds and keeping us entertained. GLUE has set up a stationary bike in their office and has committed to virtually biking all the way to Lapland in Northern Scandinavia, 1900 miles away. The best part—it’s all being broadcast live on the internet and you can send the bikers messages, and then watch your message appear.
They have already raised over £ 1,200 and they have some miles to go. Check out their fundraising page and send them a message to help keep them motivated!
