Exciting changes to Firstgiving support!
Hello Everyone!
We have some exciting news, our Support team is getting an upgrade on Monday March 16th!
Here are the best parts:

New Hours! Mon-Thurs 9-5 coast to coast, and Fri 9-5 eastern time (this includes Phone Support!)

We have added a new team member, Sammy

Chat Support live and ready during our business hours

Two specialized teams: one for non-profit organizations (nonprofits@firstgiving.com) and one for fundraisers/donors (support@firstgiving.com)

We hope our new approach will make using Firstgiving easier for all and look forward to going above and beyond what you expect from online support from a website!

Hello,
I’m new to using FirstGiving and I’ve been been put in charge of gathering regular reports for use by our Executive Director.
I’d like to know if we can run a report for all of our donations through FirstGiving by time period. For example, all funds raised through FirstGiving for the period of Oct 1 to 31, 2009.
This would be very helpful.
