FirstGiving: Official Online Fundraising Partner 2010 CIGNA Falmouth Road Race
FirstGiving is proud to announce that we have been named the Official Online Fundraising Partner for the 38th CIGNA Falmouth Road Race to be held on Sunday, August 15, 2010.
Called the “Best USA Road Race” by Runner’s World magazine and “The Best of New England” by Boston Magazine, the Falmouth Road Race has a long history of raising millions in support of local and national charities through its annual seven-mile race.
As of May 5, 2010 race officials are no longer accepting entries from the general public, but those interested in participating can still enter by running for one of the more than 70 charities through the Falmouth Road Race “Numbers-for-Nonprofits” program. Once you’ve received your entry number, visit the FirstGiving 2010 CIGNA Falmouth Road Race site to start your free, personal fundraising web page to post event pictures, tell donors about your charity and quickly and securely collect, track and process donations from friends and family.
We are incredibly excited to work with the Falmouth Road Race and look forward to managing the online fundraising efforts of their charity partners so they can focus on reaching this year’s $2 million fundraising goal!
