Fundraising Spotlight: Danbury Animal Welfare Society
There are a lot of happy dogs and cats in the Greater Danbury, Connecticut area, thanks to the incredible efforts of 67 fundraisers. During the 22nd Annual Walk for Animals in September, these animal-lovers raised over $55,000 to support Danbury Animal Welfare Society. The money will be used to support the non-profit’s mission to place neglected, abused, stray and abandoned animals in qualified adoptive homes.
Now that’s something to bark (and meow) about!
