We can get some satisfaction and so can you!
At Firstgiving, we’re all about helping people help people. Our ever-alert support team have outdone themselves yet again, although unfortunately it wasn’t by baking cupcakes for everybody in the office. No, they set up an account with Get Satisfaction to create a "people-powered customer service & support" site for our customers and users to get help and support from Firstgiving people, and also from one another.
Check it out now at http://getsatisfaction.com/firstgiving or, if you’re the widgetty type, look about halfway down the right sidebar of this very blog for a live feed of hot customer service topics from our new Get Satisfaction site.
So bring your fundraising questions, your quests for fundraising tips, your kudos and queries, your modest proposals and humble opinions, your gripes and rants. More than half the entire Firstgiving team is already signed up to be a part of this peer support community and they want to hear from you.
What’s with the cupcake, you ask? Well, that’s a good topic to bring up on the community board, isn’t it? Maybe Ben will speak up and enlighten us. http://getsatisfaction.com/firstgiving
